Course Descriptions - Details

This course fulfills the SAS Core Curriculum Foreign Language Requirement. This course is designed for students who already have completed Intermediate Hindi I at the university level or its equivalent. In this course, students will be required to read a text and online materials. Students will be expected to develop and enhance their linguistic skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Students will be exposed to a variety of Hindi materials: authentic text, such as announcements, advertisements, bill boards, recipes, interviews, stories, simple poetry, and segments of films accompanied by grammar exercises and comprehension questions.
