Experience
Dr. Habbal has more than ten years of experience in teaching Arabic as a foreign and heritage language.
Research Interests
Second Language Acquisition (SLA), Heritage Language Acquisition (HLA), pedagogical strategies for teaching Arabic in mixed classrooms with foreign language learners and heritage language learners, and language learners’ identity in multicultural societies.
